1. Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows for a faster checkout process, easy access to your order history, and updates on new arrivals and special promotions.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX, as well as PayPal payments.
3. How secure is my online order?
All transactions are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted page. Your payment details are sent directly to our payment provider for authorization and are never stored on our servers.
4. Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars. If your card uses a different currency, the final amount will depend on your card issuer’s exchange rate at the time of processing.
5. How do I set my shipping address?
Please enter your shipping details in English, including punctuation. If your address contains non-English characters, kindly use the closest English equivalents.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order.
7. How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?
Shipping time depends on the selected shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that customs delays are beyond our control.
8. What should I do if items are missing from my order?
